Among Women is an invitation to step away from the demands of daily life and into a slower rhythm — one that allows space to listen, feel, remember, and reconnect.
Together we share nourishing meals, time in nature, guided practices, ceremony, and spacious moments for rest and integration. This intimate gathering is intentionally small, allowing for personal attention, genuine connection, and the kind of depth we often find ourselves yearning for.
The setting mirrors the work: a luxury home nestled in the Joshua Tree area of the Hi Desert — a landscape that is expansive, elemental, unhurried.

Alice is a women’s guide, life coach, writer, and mother who has spent the last seventeen years walking alongside women through life’s initiations — the ruptures, the returns, and the reclamations. She facilitates transformational women’s retreats, coaches individuals and couples, and supports women through profound seasons of healing, transition, and becoming. Her work lives at the intersection of shadow and sacred.
Alice believes our greatest opportunities for growth often emerge at the meeting place between our desires and our pain — and that, held with tenderness, courage, and willingness, these threshold moments become portals to fresh insight and awakening. She supports women in meeting these moments not with fixing, but with presence. Not with formulas, but with devotion to what wants to emerge.
She lives with her husband and son in the Hi Desert. Known for her capacity to hold both tenderness and truth, she supports women as we all continue “walking each other home.”
