An NASM, ACE, and TRX certified trainer and the founder of UniquePhysique LA, Rhett has been coaching since 2011 — training out of Velocity in Brentwood, or wherever his clients are. He holds a B.A. in Business from the University of San Francisco and studied psychology before that, which shows in how he coaches: the mind is always in the room.
