Integrated Massage Therapy
What happens when a massage stops guessing.
Integrated Massage Therapy blends Medical Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), Myofascial Release, Trigger Point work, and Sports Massage into one focused, clinical-grade session — supported, when your pattern calls for it, by instrument-assisted soft-tissue work (scraping and tools), cupping, kinesio taping, contrast therapy, red light therapy, and other recovery modalities. Instead of picking one technique off a menu and hoping it fits, we read what your body is actually doing and use whichever tools the problem calls for — sometimes all of them in a single hour.
Every session is a personalized treatment plan. We find the overworked tissue that has been quietly holding everything together, settle it down, and wake up the parts that have been coasting. We work at the root of acute and chronic pain, not just the spot where it happens to shout the loudest.
Who this is for: injury recovery, chronic tension that keeps reappointing itself, athletes chasing performance, and anyone whose body has started filing complaints. Sessions run 75 or 105 minutes, and they are FSA/HSA-eligible.
Inside IMT you’ll often meet our specialty techniques — Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Release, and Cupping — alongside scraping and instrument-assisted tools, contrast therapy, and red light therapy. You don’t book them separately and you don’t need to choose between them. That’s our job.
IMT is the Release layer done at full depth — and it hits hardest after a scan, when every minute on the table is aimed by your pattern. Performed exclusively by Michail F. Vamvatiras, MScPT (EU), CMT (CAMTC #88526) — every session, his hands, his read of your body. See how the Method works →
This is clinical bodywork provided within the scope of California massage therapy (CAMTC #88526), not medical treatment. Michail’s MScPT is a European physical therapy degree; he is not licensed as a physical therapist in the United States. If something is injured or hurting in a way that worries you, check with your doctor and we will happily work alongside their advice.
Stop guessing. Get treated.
